WEEKEND FOR CONTROL AND PEACE (2 Days)

What does the event plan look like?
This workshop includes two thematic blocks:
1 – main block "MANUAL FLOW"
2 – surprise block "TANGLED RESET".
WHAT DO YOU GAIN IN THE MAIN BLOCK (KNITTING) - MANUAL FLOW?
- MANUAL FLOW: You will learn the most important aspects and useful tips of hand knitting. You will prepare a tangible product from high-quality components, which will enhance your sense ofagency.
- AUTOTHERAPY OF MIND SHUTDOWN: You will learn a process where the repetition of stitches acts like a metronome, eliminating the racing thoughts. This will give you an immediate cut-off from problems – a side effect of this precision.
WHAT WILL THE SURPRISE BLOCK - "TANGLED RESET" GIVE YOU?
- CONTROL TOOL: Instead of theorizing – practical, structured techniques with an expert (e.g., breathing physiology, functional movement).
- You will gain knowledge about the mechanics of stress and precise tools for autonomously managing your own physiological state.
This is for you if you expect:
- Substantive knowledge, not esotericism.
- A minimalist approach to relaxation (maximum effect with minimal mental effort).

- Important: The workshops will take place if at least6 participants register. Below this number – payments will be refunded.
- Entry on the participant list is determined by the order of applications (with a deposit payment of 900 PLN).
