1. General provisions
The gift voucher entitles you to participate in weekend workshops (e.g. REVERSE GEAR or CHILL OUT) organized by SECRET M at NO DRAMA HOUSE or another designated location.
The voucher can be in the form of a monetary value (partial payment) or cover the full cost of the workshop (2150 PLN).
2. Validity and redemption
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, it becomes invalid, and unused funds are non-refundable.
Redeeming the voucher requires prior reservation of a spot for the selected date via the website secretm.eu or by email contact:

Participation in a specific date is determined by the order of registrations.
Possessing a voucher does not guarantee a spot in case there are no available slots for the given weekend – we recommend booking in advance.
3. Participation conditions and Logistics
Workshops take place with a minimum of 6 participants.
In case of cancellation of the workshops due to insufficient number of participants, the voucher holder has the right to choose another available date.
The validity of the voucher will be extended by another 3 months in this case.
The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
4. Health and Diet (Important)
Each participant redeeming the voucher is required to fill out a registration form, including the section regarding dietary recommendations and allergies.
SECRET M Standard: We inform you that we care about the highest quality in our kitchen. Meals are prepared based on natural, high-quality ingredients. If you have specific health requirements, you must inform us about them when booking your date at email kontakt@secretm.eu.
5. Returns and Cancellations
The purchaser of the voucher (the buyer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that the voucher has not already been redeemed.
The voucher holder (the recipient), who has booked a date, can change it free of charge up to 21 days before the start of the workshop. Cancellation within less than 21 days results in the voucher being considered redeemed (due to incurred costs of reserving a spot and catering).
